Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return
2. Receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions
3. Package unused or gently used product with original packaging
4. Include the RAN on your return package
5. Ship the package using a tracked shipping service

Refund Information

• Full product cost refunded upon receipt of returned items
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
• Money is returned to the original payment method
